This piece contains a series of testimonials and experiment-based reflections that aim to explore the role of GEN Z in the world and its relation to the concept of Anti-Fragility.
the manifesto
The term Anti-fragile comes from the philosopher Nassim Nicholas Taleb who explores this concept in-depth within his book Anti-Fragile: Things That Gain from Disorder. Our manifesto encapsulates how GEN Z interprets this mindset and brings it to their daily lives.
the intervention
This pedagogic intervention was developed through the Innovation Fund, an LCF award to develop innovative teaching and learning strategies. The initiative consisted of designing a series of conversations and art workshops joining different generations and backgrounds.
